Shipping Information
Products ship free within the contiguous US (Lower 48 states). Shipping costs are rising, so we strive to consolidate orders and shipp the most economical way possible. The actual shipping cost we pay to send a typical track head order of 4 heads and a 4' track is around $42! Sending just two wall sconces averages $26 to a residential address. We use ground UPS or First Class US mail based on package size and destination. Please let us know in advance if either of them have any delivery issues. We will email you tracking information when the orders ship out. Faster shipping such as 2nd day is available for an additional charge and is usually 2 to 3 times more than regular ground pricing based on the size of the boxes. Please call us for more information if you need that option. We do ship to Canada and Alaska, but the cost is substantially more since it has to go by Air most of the time and requires a quote. It is usually around twice the regular US ground price plus VAT taxes (Canada) if any.
We handle any shipping damage or lost boxes and will repair or replace the items at our discretion. We are not responsible for any related costs due to shipping damage such as lost time or electrician fees.
