Track Head extender rods are used for high ceilings where you want to bring the track head down from the track to add more lighting in specific areas such as pictures on walls or over furniture and nichos.  The top twists into the track and the track head then twists into the bottom. They come in 18", 24", 36" and 48" lengths. Each is hand painted to match the color of track you choose.
